Was at &Beyond Kirkmans Kamp for 5 nights in Sep 2009. It is in Sabi Sand reserve. Very good camp, would recommend it. Probably easiest way to fly to it is in/out of Kruger Skukuza airstrip. Kirkmans Kamp can advise. Free transfer from airports? You need to check/compare flight costs, flights into Kirkmans/Skukuza (SZK) versus flights into Kings Camp/Hoedspruit (HDS).

I believe that Kirkman's offers free transportation only from the Skukuza airstrip. I also believe that you can fly to the Skukuza airstrip only via Federal Air, which is technically a charter flight. If you fly on a scheduled flight to Nelspruit (Kruger International Aiport/MQP), then I believe there'd be a transfer charge. However, if you do fly into Nelspruit, you also have the option of renting a car.

I see. I believe you are both right. I checked the site again, and it really doesn't specify which airstrip. It would make sense that the included transfer would only be from their airstrip. I was thinking it was from Hoedspruit or Nelspruit.
Thanks

FWIW, you can also (I did) fly out of Kirkmans using the MalaMala airstrip (at least in 2009). Kirkmans had free transfer to either Skukuza or MalaMala. I don't recall which airlines, SAA or FedAir, fly to which airstrip. Several airfield choices, SZK, AAM, HDS, MQP depending on camps.

Thank you all for your help. It is very much appreciated. We have been switching plans for several weeks. So much so that we have lost track of what we were really looking for in this vacation. We will be celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary 1 year from tomorrow. We have decided to wait until August 2012, the real year of our anniversary to take this South Africa trip and to do it right. We wont be so rushed with plenty of time to plan. I will keep all of these suggestions for the future trip.
Thank you!
Thank you!
