I am looking for a guide to hire in Amman for 1 day, March 17, 2008. I would like to see both Jerash and the Dead Sea in a day.

Your hotel can provide a guide. If the date is definite, contact hotel beforehand, ascertain costs and book, with payment on site.

Hi dperry, I've been away for the holiday weekend so I'm just now seeing this post. Sorry for the delay.

Ibrihim is a freelance guide. But I was actually part of a tour group and they hired Ibrihim for our little group that did the add-on to Jordan. Since the tour company paid him directly I do not know his charges for a private tour. Please drop him a line and I'm sure he'll get back w/you. He really is a very nice man, a great guide and he knows his stuff.
