Which airline operates between Joburg and Phinda?
Is this plan ideal to accept to combine with my Kwando safari in BOtswana......

Hari,
You can take the Fed Air flight directly from Johannesburg to Phinda. I beleive it leaaves about 10 or 11 in the morning. (fedair.com). Fed Air uses a small airport about a 10 minute drive form JNB.
Or, you could take a scheduled SAA flight from JNB to Richards Bay, then a small plane transfer to Phinda, or possibly a road transfer to Phinda.

Hi Hari
Brandywine is correct. The FedAir Flights depart Johannesburg daily at 11h00 and one needs to check-in 1 hour prior to your departure. The flights depart daily from Phinda at 13h15 back to Johannesburg. The flight is approximately 2 hours long. The Air transfers between Phinda and Richards Bay are 30 minutes otherwise 2 hours by road.

Hello Hari,
Congratulations on your auction win! I thought that sounded like a great package.
In addition to the other options listed, you can also fly into Durban and do a road transfer from Durban to Phinda. It's about 1.75 hrs. This may be the least expensive option.
Cheers,
Julian
