about AFRICA POINT SAFARIS in NAIROBI

hi all-ok i cant say enough good things about this outfit.
i had booked something for some nights there come last week of MAY.i booked some weeks ago all paid for.well something had gotten in my way and wasnt sure if i was going to keep the booking.CHRISTINE the sweet girl that helped me through this mess i have going on.was so great and wonderful and helpful and understanding. shes a sweet heart!
she was always emailing when i needed her to.
she took my couple of calls no problem always there!as it turns out i had to cancel that booking. there was no problem with it-she had already given me the cancellation
details earlier. so nothing was hidden.
what else can i say-CHRISTINE and AFRICA POINT is a good outfit.
thats about all i'll say about it.just wanted to let you guys know seeing i found out about this outfit on here.
thanks, DAVID

So TuskerDave, does that mean you had to cancel a safari?

Sorry about that, but the handling of your change in plans by Africa Point is commendable. To me that is one of the key aspects of an agent--what they do when the going gets rough. Africa sells itself, but I need an agent who can fix problems and avoid them in the first place.

Thanks for the info and good luck getting back.

We went with Africa Point on safari to Kenya and Tanzania in Sept. 2006 and can't say enough good things about them. They went above and beyond what we were expecting. i highly recommend them. They delivered and their customer service was prompt and always wondeful.

TuskerDave,
Care to share your itinerary? I'm sure it includes your guy and the beloved truck.
