J&F Lurton Review
Jacques and François Lurton began searching for an Argentine vineyard in 1992. Three years later they planted their grapes in Vista Flores, where low yields and a wide temperature range would ensure premium wines with a defined varietal identity. The arched doorways of the wood-and-stucco colonial-style winery lead into three functional areas—one for winemaking, one for storage, and one for sales and tastings. Grapes are harvested by hand and carefully selected by experts—including Marco Toriano, who also leads wine tours and directs tastings. Horseback rides in the vineyards are an added attraction.
