The loud and festive Pyramid brews a top-notch Hefeweizen and an apricot ale that tastes much better than it sounds. Madhouse doesn't even begin to describe this place when it hosts concerts or during games at Safeco Field or CenturyLink Field, so if you're looking for quiet and immediate seating, make sure your visit doesn't coincide with either. The brewery, which is just south of Pioneer Square, offers tours daily at 4 pm.
