Poco deserves accolades just for taking one of the least interesting architectural spaces out there—the oddly proportioned retail space of a condo complex—and making it into a sophisticated parallel universe where a friendly crowd lounges on couches and huddles around two small bars to enjoy a competent menu of artisanal Northwest wines, cocktails, and internationally inspired food, served tapas style.
