Newfane Review

With a village green surrounded by pristine white buildings, Newfane, 6 mi southeast of Townshend, is sometimes described as the quintessential New England small town. The 1839 First Congregational Church and the Windham County Court House, with 17 green-shuttered windows and a rounded cupola, are often open. The building with the four-pointed spire is Union Hall, built in 1832.

    Newfane

Newfane Vermont is so beautiful and perfect it looks like it was built by Disney. When you discover it you just want to stop and drink in the experience. Probably one of the most strikingly beautiful places in America. Don't miss the Old Newfane Inn on the commons.
