The Bay Lights

The Bay Lights Review

Adored by romance seekers, local families, and tourists alike, installation artist Leo Villareal's jaw-dropping LED light sculpture on the San Francisco–Oakland Bay Bridge has become an iconic San Francisco experience. As you travel west into the city along the bridge's upper deck you can view the sculpture's 25,000 lights dancing across its western span, but this installation is best seen from the Embarcadero. As of this writing, the Bay Lights was slated to end in March 2015, but locals are rallying for it to become permanent.
