Renovations have tamed the chaos that used to reign among these drastically reduced designer labels, resulting in more-orderly racks and more-spacious changing rooms. Credit is due to their massive inventory, from gym clothes to business wear. The racks for in-season overruns are tidier; the sections of past seasons' clothes are messier but have even deeper discounts. The shoe department is across the street from the main store.
