Los Angeles Nightlife

El Floridita

El Floridita Review

The Cuban food here is anywhere from good to great—and the music (Monday, Friday, and Saturday) is anywhere from very good to through the roof. A frequent guest is the salsa bandleader Johnny Polanco, backed by the sizzling Orquesta Amistad. Watching some of the paying customers who get up to dance alone is worth the price of admission (usually $10 or $15, or free with dinner).
