Seven Glaciers

Seven Glaciers Review

A 60-passenger aerial tram (free with dinner reservations, otherwise $18 round-trip) carries you to this refined yet relaxing mountainside Girdwood restaurant perched at the 2,300-foot level on Mt. Alyeska. The comfortable dining room overlooks seven glaciers. The kitchen, led by Chef Jason Porter, creates an ever-changing menu that relies, as much as possible, on local produce, seafood, and meat. À la carte prices are high; consider the six-course chef's tasting menu ($85 per person) instead. The restaurant also caters to special diets and offers a gluten-free menu. Both tram and restaurant are wheelchair accessible.
