Beer Bistro

Beer Bistro Review

A culinary tribute to beer, the creative menu here incorporates its star ingredient in every dish, but in subtle and clever ways without causing a malted-flavor overload. Start the hoppy journey with a Taster flight of three draft beers, chosen from almost 20 options, arranged from mild to bold. Follow that with a beer-bread pizza made with oatmeal stout; a mussel bowl, available in five different broths; pulled pork Primanti (sandwich); house-smoked pork, or Dragon Stout and Skor ice cream. The warm, modern interior includes a huge angled mirror on the wall above the kitchen, which allows a peek into the heart of the restaurant. The patio is a joy in summer.
