A new arrival to the Danforth strip offers a welcome change to mezes and souflaki. Here, it's all about locally produced ingredients used at the peak of their seasons. Carmelized pork belly meets seared scallops, roasted caribou leg marries goat cheese soufflé; black pepper ricotta gnocci in a mushroomy broth has become an instant classic.
