Fodor's Review:

Dramatic black and deep-blue decor centered by a grove of bamboo is an introduction to a food experience that focuses on presentation, with both a sushi bar and table service. Master chefs thrill customers with an array of spectaculars: jumbo shrimp wrapped with cucumber and tied with basil, king crab barbecued in the shell, sliced duck breast with miso paste, and salmon fashioned into a blossom—just to start. Choose from a vast selection of sake and sake cocktails.
