Fodor's Review

Aficionados of Japanese food may have to stop themselves from ordering everything on the menu at EDO. Even the uninitiated are mesmerized by the intriguing dishes here, including plates of black Cod marinated in saikyo miso sauce, dynamite roll with giant shrimp and dynamite sauce, and miso-glazed eggplant. If soft-shell crab is on the menu, it's a worthy choice. The chef is an artist with sushi and sashimi, but if you can't decide, the kitchen menus give you a

balanced and exciting array of dishes.

Great maki and nigiri, good service.

The meal was fine and enjoyable. The wine list was very interesting, since it was not typically japanese, wide selection of sakes. Reds and whites by the glass. Definitely try the Sea Treasures, or the Ebi Almond.

The Best!

Nothing beats the sushi here - nothing! Everything was exquisite - including the service. The most imaginative, presentation. The only reason I gave a 4 for Value is because it's expensive.
