Fodor's Review:

Aficionados of Japanese food may have to stop themselves from ordering everything on the menu at this chain. Even the uninitiated are mesmerized by the intriguing dishes, including plates of yaki kinoko (grilled mushrooms) or thickly sliced eggplant baked to a silken texture that's both sweet and sour. If soft-shell crab is on the menu, it's a worthy choice. The chef is an artist with sushi and sashimi, but if you can't decide, the set menus give you balanced and exciting Japanese meals.
