Cons
Bären Review
This family-run chalet-style lodging just below the center of town is straightforward and bright, with good views and low rates. Guest rooms are done in blues, yellows, and pale wood, accented by watercolors painted by the owner's mother. Front rooms have balconies, so be sure to ask for a view when booking. The nearby playground with a trampoline is a winner for young children. They also offer a chalet called 'Kleiner Bär' with two rooms for families. Half board is quite a deal, as the dinners are outstanding, and they save trekking around the village after a long day on the slopes.
