A specialist in food and wine, she is the author of five-bestselling books including My Little SoHo Kitchen and Building A Perfect Meal. She is the founder of Chefs Collective. She continues to travel with a jar of Vegemite in her luggage and is always on the hunt for the perfect buttery croissant. She writes for CNTraveler, a regular contributor to Singapore's national newspaper, Straits Times and NUVO Luxury Magazine.
