The name describes the spirit of this, one of the few cabarets in town. From Friday to Sunday, the small stage is most often occupied by the Litsedeyi, a pantomime troupe that has established its home base here but also fills up the biggest concert halls of the city. There's a cover charge of 50R or more when there's a performance, and prices for food and beverages are reasonable. Small bands play live music when Litsedeyi isn't performing.
