Whether outside on the terrace or inside the graceful former 17th-century monastery refectory, it serves smart, contemporary cuisine based on fresh market products prepared with originality. Chef Jean-Christophe Ansanay-Alex is famous for his oral daily menu performance (listen for game in fall or winter), and the wine list is strong in local Condrieu and Côte-Rotie selections.
