Hard Day's Night Hotel Review

A marble-columned former office block on the corner of Mathew Street has been transformed into a giant homage in hotel form to Liverpool's most famous musical export. The Beatles' music is played in the public rooms and their photos loom large on the walls, but it's all done with finesse. A wide staircase spirals up from the humming brasserie and bar to sleek and luxurious guest rooms hung with original paintings. The unashamedly modern ambience, emboldened with bright orange, blue, and green fabrics, includes electronic gadgets that control everything.
