Roosevelt Prime Steakhouse Review

Located in the historic Marshall Mansions of the French Concession, Roosevelt offers the best steak in the city (and quite possibly the country) in a relaxed steak-house ambience. The meat is USDA Prime, cooked to your specification in an imported stone oven. These steaks are not cheap, ranging in price from Y300 to Y1,200 for the Porterhouse, though regular mains are considerably more reasonable. Try the mac and cheese with black truffle, and the excellent Caesar salad.

    Roosevelt Prime Steakhouse Review

    For a Chicago Boy who grew up around the Loop to find the best USDA Prime steaks even if at some super-high prices is heaven in Shanghai for me and the boyz. I cannot tell you why one would spend a Benji on a steak but one bite will answer this question...why are you here in China working our tail off away from home if one cannot enjoy some of that downhome joy??? Spend it as coffins don't have wallets! Fantastic and no regrets here!
