Yellowstone and Tetons

Hello,

I am trying to plan a trip to Yellowstone and the Tetons sometime in mid to late June. I need suggestions on where to stay, eat and trails. There will not be any children on this trip. Just adults.

Oh and the best route to get there. We are from Los Angeles.
Thank you

If you are not going to make any stops at the southern Utah National Parks then take any of the LA outbond freeways to the I-15 North. Stay on I-15 all the way to Brigham City, Utah, about 50 miles north of Salt Lake City.

From Brigham City, take US-89 north through the Cache Valley and Logan then in to southern Idaho and on into Jackson then Yellowstone.

There is some decent scenery between Mesquite, Nevada and Brigham City, Utah along with some urban areas south of SLC and in SLC. The scenery from Brigham City to Yellowstone is superb.

I've always camped in Yellowstone and Jackson so I can't help with the other questions. I'm making a driving/motel trip to the same area in mid-May so I'll be able to provide some information after that.

That's a considerable amount of driving for one week. I'd consider flying into SLC, Jackson, or Boise and driving from there to save time on both ends of the trip.
