Where and when should I plan a trip to whale watch in the northeast?

My husband has talked about going to Oregan/Washington to watch whales for a long time. Since he started talking about it I have drug him to the carribean 3 times times, the South Pacific once and I am going to Europe in a few weeks. I think I need to get serious and plan the trip he wants.

Could you please tell me where to start looking for info on the best place for this trip. I know it was Washington or Oregon but I can't remember which and I think it said November was a good month but again, I have major amnesia.

Thanks for any insight you might provide

Melissa

Do you want the northeast as in your header or Wash/Ore??? Maybe you should drug him back to the carribean? (CARIBBEAN if you are talking about the area between North & South America)

Look into Massachusetts--Nantucket etc. Also, Baja down south is a great area.
If you go into nathab.com (Natural Habitat Adventures) you can get information on an organized whale watching adventure.

To Margo, thank you for your info.

To Sue, now I see why the other boards talk about the rude people on the US board. You must be the queen. I an not applogetic to you by the way and if you happened to know any thing about the area I was referring to you would know that natives use the spelling carribean to set themselves apart from non-natives when they write about the area. Sorry you have no class or knowledge. Maybe you shold try travel outside of cyberspace.

I guess I had a couple more type-o's, I was in too much of a hurry to tell you what a witch you are

Sorry, Melissa, but you're the one who's kind of being a bitch. Spelling aside, you DID say the "northeast" in your header and then Washington/Oregon ("northwest" in my book) in your body text. Sue was asking for clarification.

That story about the spelling of Caribbean is crap. I have never heard such a thing. anything to cover up a typo.

My problem is I can't find Washington OR Oregon in the northeast.

Please don't "drug" your husband. "Drag" him instead, as in "dragged."
