SEAWARD APARTMENTS FLBTS

I was able to look up the Captain's Quarters. Is there any particular room you suggest? I haven't found the Seaward Apartments yet. Is there a website? Thanks for your suggestions!

Unfortunately, there isn't a website. The Seaward Apts are beautiful and immaculate. I can't say enough nice things about the place.

Very very small compound, only 6 accommodations. The accommodations have full kitchen, living room/dining room/bedroom. All oceanfront. Very beautiful landscaping.

One of the most unique, beautiful places I've stayed.

GOTRAVEL.......this place sounds very special. Questions for you: Is it on the beach? Is there a balcony? How old would it be? Is there a pool and a whirlpool? Can you describe it some more for me please.

GOTRAVEL..........I am still looking for a response from you...... It looks like you may be the only person that knows about this place.
Before I call those 2 telephone numbers.....where will I be calling? IT looks like there are 2 completely different area codes.

realphoebes......

877 is a toll free number. You should just call them directly and ask them the same questions you were wondering about!!!

Also I'm going to guess they might not have balconies since they are apartments, but hey, I may be wrong!!

Sorry phoebes, just signed back on.

Yes, they are oceanfront, one level and face the ocean at an angle. They are right on the beach. No balconies but you are so close to the ocean you do not need a balcony.

Probably built in the 1950s but the place has been treated like a well loved car from the very beginning.

I was able to use the toll free number from Canada and talked to one of the managers. She was lovely and gave me lots of info. She asked about me discovering her place. GOTRAVEL ae you from UK? Anyways, no pool, no balconies and the 6 apartments are being restored 1 by 1. She also told me I might be interested in the Sea Lord or Villa Caprice which are on either side of the SEAWARD. Has anyone stayed at these 2 properties?

pheobes, not from the UK but from the coast of South Carolina. Florida is a quick drive for my husband and I and we can make it to Jacksonville, FL in under 4 hours. We travel to South Florida often as my sister lives in South Beach and we like Hollywood and LBTS.

We discovered Seaward several years ago just by driving by. Lauderdale-By-The-Sea couldn't be any quainter and neither could Seaward.

The ocean temps average 75 degrees year around because of the gulf stream. Didn't think about needing a pool because the ocean is right out of your front door.

GOTRAVEL .....when I talked to them at the Seaward Apt, they asked if I had been talking to Peter from the UK......Definitely not you.
So what do you think about the Sea Lord and the Villa Caprice?
