Hello,

Has anyone repaired a Samsonite Silhouette 7 series? I am trying to find the name of the part(s) which stabilizes the luggage bag (located under the bag across from the wheels) when it is in an upright position. I guess they are the stands?? I need to replace one of them and I'm having a hard time finding the part. Any help would be great!

I'd write or e-mail Samsonite. I faced a similar situation with one of there bags several year ago, wrote them, and they sent me the part along with an extra, at no charge.

I have always found luggage to be disposable. Once something is wrong it never works right again.
