Ridgefield Park to Manhattan

We are staying at a hotel in Ridgefield Park NJ--is there a way to take a train into Manhattan rather than driving?

You can take NJ Transit trains from Hackensack, connecting in Secaucus to a Manhattan bound train. Or a better bet may be to take a NJ Transit bus through the Lincoln Tunnel. (i.e. bus 127)
