I checked on Travelocity.com and could not find any at Philly, Baltimore, Allentown, or New York.

If Philly is a hub for any airline, there should be a non-stop.

I don't think Phillie is a hub for any of the airlines. US Air has a big presence there, but its hubs are Pittsburgh and Charlotte, as I recall.

Your best bet might be American through DFW-- I think to Mobile you might get regional jet service, not a puddle-jumper. Maybe Delta or Continental would accommodate you too.

Philadelphia is a hib for US Airways, but the airline does not have any nonstops to Mobile. You would have to connect in Charlotte.

I live in Alabama and am suprised that someone actually wants a non-stop TO Alabama and not THROUGH Alabama

But seriously, I doubt that Mobile would have enough traffic to warrant a non-stop from Northern cities. You'll have to connect through Atlanta (Old Southern Saying: when you die and go to Heaven, you'll have to connect in Atlanta).

Good luck.

sorry, I may not have made myself clear, I am searching info for a friend who told me there weere no nonstop flights to ala. She is a senior and quite concerned about changing planes> I dont blame her she is 75 and never did this alone. I already searched all you all have told me to search and am hoping to make her have a comfortable flight to visit her family thanks. I got lots of help here awhile back when I was taking a trip. people were very kind
