Maui or Kauai farmers markets?

I will be in Maui (Lahaina) and Kauai (Poipu) at the end of this month for my honeymoon and was wondering if there are any local "fresh" markets we could get fuits and veggies at. Thanks!

There is a farmer's market north of Kaanapali in Honokawai on Lower Honoapiilani Hwy. Its past the Embassey Suites on the right hand side of the road. I'm not quite sure of the hours but its not open ALL DAY.
I saw it advertised in the Maui newspaper.

Congratulations! I found a website that lists all the farmers markets on kauai, the hours of operation and comments about them. The site is www.realkauai.com/farmersmarkets. In my experience, the best is the Kapaa one, but it is crowded and parking sucks! I heard the one in Koloa(right by Poipu) is good also.

Congrats!
In kauai there is a small one in poipu, I belive on wednesdays just out side of koloa. There is also one in lihue which is about 15 minutes away from poipu i belive on thursday in the main mall parking lot. Best way to tell is just ask a local. They will always point you in the right way. Most important thing is GO EARLY! Everbody snatches up the best flowers and fruits at the beginning.Later ther will still be stuff but if you get there early enough
