How to get Badger Football Tix for next year

I am interested in visiting Madison during college football season next fall and wanted to see if anyone knew how to get Badger football tickets and how far in advance you can pruchase. Thanks.

From the websire www.uwbadgers.com:

"Any remaining non-conference home and all away games will go on sale to the general public on July 17, 2006 and for Big Ten Conference home games on August 21, 2006. Home game ticket prices will be published as soon they have been determined. All orders filled will be seated in priority point order.

All single game sale dates are subject to ticket availability."

I imagine that the dates will be similar for 2007. In our experience, there are always people selling tickets at Camp Randall on game day.

Go Big Red!

Yes, I agree.. there are always people selling football tickets around Union South or Camp Randall.. and they get cheaper in price as the game time gets closer. They are usually standing on the corner yelling " TICKETS "..
.. good luck - you will enjoy it ! and stay for 5th quarter to watch the UW band having fun ~

If you are looking for tickets in the student section (most fun, by far), there are always "poor" college students trying to make money for the weekend who are willing to sell their tickets. Just be careful not to pay too much...as of a couple years ago, student tickets cost about $12 each. And be prepared to stand.

In the past I had no problem getting tickets on craigslist.org but they were student seats. This means people will stand the whole game and, depending on your age, it may be a bit much for you to take. Or you may feel like you are 18 years old, it all depends.

Don't know if you are taking any children with you, but some of the organized cheers done by the students standing in the student section are pretty vulgar.
