Family friendly restaurant in north end

We have some friends who are visiting Boston and would like to go to the north end for dinner. They have a 1 one year old and a three year old. Any recommendations for family friendly restaurants in this area? Thank you.

Paglucias just off Hanover St. Get a reservation just to make it easier. They will put a huge bowl of great pasta in front of the kids and they will be fine.

Artu is nice, with very reasonable prices and great food. Not usually a long wait, so reservations aren't a necessity. However, you may want to check it out first, because as it is a smaller restaurant it can tend to feel crowded on warm, summer weekend nights. (If you do go, make sure someone in the group trys their fruit sorbet, served in the actual fruit of whatever flavor you order!)

Tecce's is a great restaurant with lots of space, so no grumbling from the waitstaff. you wont feel rushed there like you do in other restaurants in the north end, since the wait staff needs to turn their tables so frequently.

La Familia on Salem St. They love kids there. Food is great, portions large, prices cheap. Just don't expect a lot of ambiance.
