Love this. I'd modify #8 Seattle.
I'd add one foot on accelerator. Other foot on brake.
I never wished I were back in a car with a stick and hand brake until I hit the hills at the red lights in Seattle. Even my automatic rolls backwards if I take my foot off the brake!

Both hands on wheel, feet working brakes and accelerator somewhat normally, but wearing sunglasses apparently tinted with roofing tar, also with small rat-sized dog barking loudly and at a high enough pitch to pulverize crystal, completely oblivious to the fact that you are driving a Winnebago large enough to affect tides the wrong way up a one street, or are perhaps driving the wrong way up I-26, I-40, or I-240, or are going the wrong way up or down the off-ramp: FLORIDA but driving in ASHEVILLE, NC.

I love the asheville one...i lived in boone/blowing rock for six years:
One hand on the wheel, one foot on the gas, one foot on the brake, one hand holding the anti-nausea meds from having to alternate between the gas and the brakeOONE, driving to BLOWING ROCK behind someone from FLORIDA during LEAF SEASON.
