Drinks after Jersey Boys??

Hey guys, we're seeing Jersey Boys this Friday night- looking for a bar in the area, preferrably walking distance, to have a drink afterwards. Any ideas for maybe a nice hotel bar with a view of the city we could go to?

If not a hotel bar, any suggestions of anywhere close by?

Thanks!

View of the city? It's a bit of a walk, especially if cold -- but the bar at the Mandarin Oriental at Columbus Circle comes to mind.
I nice place just a block away, but no view, is Thalia. They also have desserts or cheese.

It would help if you could actually tell us the street and cross streets of where Jersey Boys is - many of us locals don't have know the location of each particular show/theatre .

it's on 52nd between Broadway and 8th.

Yes, I have been to Mandarin Oriental a few times, that's the type of place we're looking for, just wanted to try something new. I should have mentioned that in the OP, sorry...

well if you like the MO you'll like Stone Rose in the Time Warner Center, or Dizzy's also there, but not sure about the just drinking deal at Dizzy's - incredible views, tho; or the Bar at The Modern (MOMA, 53rd and 5th no view, just great crowd), Tao at 58th and Madison, the rooftop at the Empire Hotel - check on that one tho, I think it's seasonal - there's always the Four Seasons Hotel on E. 57th . . .
