Dining near Aladdin / Vegas

Dining near Aladdin / Vegas
Will be staying at the Aladdin for five nights and decided to not rent a car this trip. Looking for places within walking distance or short cab ride from Aladdin. We like most types of food and are looking for places with entrees in the $15/$20 area if possible. During our previous trips we had a car so some of the places we dined are pretty far from the strip.

Agree with above(especially the Sunday Brunch at the Aladdin Buffet) plus the Brew Pub or the Market City Caffe at the Monte Carlo, Chin Chin Chinese and Il Fornaio Italian at NYNY, Cafe Bellagio across the street.

We have previously stayed at Rio and did enjoy the buffet, especially the seafood buffet which was on the weekend only at that time.
This time we are going to avoid buffets and not overindulge which is too easy to do, although I may have to make one exception to try the Spice Market at Aladdin. I have heard some very good things about Mon Ami Gabi at Paris so it looks like we will be going there. Will make a list of the other so far mentioned as well. I'm interested in some additional picks if you have any.

Thanks to all for your help. The price range was only a possibility and if there are places that are a must for more $$$ please include them. Living in CT we are used to higher prices but have never found price a good guide to quality.

Steak dinner at Ellis Island, $4.99, considered the best "value" meal in Vegas. Lucky's at the Hard Rock offers a steak & shrimp dinner, salad and potato inclusive for $7.77. It's not on the menu, you just have to ask, it might be time restricted, like after 8PM or something, call ahead. Caesars has an upscale food court called Cypress Street Cafe where you walk in and get a scan card. You then choose what you want from each food court station. They swipe your card, no cash exchanged. Then on the way out, you present your card to a cashier who charges you for all the stuff you had. It's a good place to go if you're with a group who can't decide what they want so everyone can get their own thing. They have mall food court type stuff, but it's a notch above, definitely in the $15-$20 range. I think beer and wine is available too, I can remember there being pizza, asian noodles, bbq, deli, salads, and lemonade like with piles of fresh lemons in a jug.
