David Taylor Shorts - Can you help?

My husband has two pairs of cotton shorts with a label of "David Taylor" in the back that we have bought on one of trips to the US.

They are his absolute favourites and now one pair has literally been washed to pieces he really wants some replacements however we can't remember which store we might have bought them in!

Can anyone help with any stores that stock this brand? All help very gratefully received!

The name doesn't ring a bell for me. But there are plenty of them for sale on eBay, including some in the UK. And a lot of 15 pairs in an eBay store for a buy-it-now price of US$45.

Kate, name doesn't ring a bell but look at the label and see if there is an RN number. If so, you can contact the manufacturer. If there isn't an RN number, they were not made in the US.

Google '"David Taylor" clothing' and you will find this line of clothing sold at Sears.

Amazing tool, that Google....

Good thinking, rjw -- I tried Google, but used the term "david taylor shorts" and I got just a bunch of auction junk. Google is usually wonderful, but I question their willingness to "top" auctions rather than pages that meet their otherwise sensible priorities.

You're right, anony-- I've been using Google so long now that I have learned to spread my net a bit wide (i.e., "clothing" instead of "shorts"), for the reasons you give. I believe eBay pays for their preferential spot in Google screens, so....

Thanks everyone, unfortunately there aren't any shorts on the website so I'll have to grovel to our cousin in Texas to see if she'll visit the store for us!

Thanks again. Kate
