I am going on a trip Charleston in April with some friends and I was wondering if anyone suggest any good bars, restaurants, hotels? I am going with a group a girls in their late 20's if that helps. Thanks!

I really enjoyed my drink at High Cotton.
I like HC too. There are some dance clubs on the Market.
For your age group bars near the College of Charleston will have lots of young people. Pick up a copy of the Charleston City Paper when you get here to see what bands are playing, etc.
Do you want to stay in town or the beach? What's your budget?
There are literally hundreds of excellent restaurants in the area. If you tell me a little more about your likes, budgets, expectation I can help you narrow it down.
Beware of cheap hotels. You won't like your neighbors.
We need a hotel for one night in town but the rest we rented a beach house. For the hotel, I am looking for something around $100-$200 a night with a lot of charm and personality. I don't know enough about Charleston to know the best area to stay. I am thinking something that is walking distance to great bars and restaurants.
For restaurants, honestly anything would be good. Maybe somewhere that has a good happy hour menu or a must have dish. I was told to ask about the best low country cuisine, if that helps at all.
As for bars, we are pretty laid back so if you know if any pubs or taverns with a great vibe and that are outside that would be great. The best authentic Charleston style bars.

The more charm and personality, the higher the price
. Your budget may be low, depending on when you plan to come. Understand that spring and summer are very popular, and prices will reflect that. Look at Vendue Inn (great rooftop bar, lots of charm, small rooms) or the Doubletree in the Historic District.. Doubletree has suites. Since you have a group that might be your best bet. You won't be able to cram a bunch of people into one room in most hotels in the HD.
If you want to walk to bars and restaurants you'll want to be in the HD, the area of the peninsula south of Calhoun Street. The exception to that would be Upper King Street- lots of bars and restaurants with lots of young people.
Lowcountry cuisine is extensive. Shrimp and grits is my must-have. Read through this Chowhound thread for excellent explanations:

My favorite restaurants are FIG, SNOB, High Cotton, 82 Queen (best she crab, nice walled patio) Husk, Anson, McCrady's and Pearlz for oysters and happy hour specials. The Blind Tiger is a Charleston institution. The Giffon is nice as well.
