Buying Entertainment discount book in NYC Manhattan ASAP

I haven't seen the Entertainment book in years, but I came across a hotel reservation that offered a substantial discount using the card. I made the cancellable reservation but where can I actually find the book ASAP in Manhattan? This is for a trip next week so I can't order one online and be sure it will arrive. Thanks

A few weeks ago I saw the Seattle edition on sale at a Walgreens store (in Seattle). Perhaps if you call Entertainment, they can tell you where it is sold in New York City: 1 888-321-7283.

It looks like the online deal is $15 with free standard shipping (4-10 days) and overnight shipping is 14.99 extra. The regular shipping version would not arrive in time, and I'm not sure if the extra shipping is worth it.
I will try Borders & Walgreens, and maybe call Entertainment. I know Barnes & Noble has them around Christmas time, but I doubt anyone keeps them in stock in May.
Thanks anyway for the suggestions.
