Breckenridge ski lodging suggestions?
In the planning phase of a ski trip to Breckenridge. Family of 4 with two teens (one expert, one intermed, and two beginners, if that matters re location) looking for a nice condo or hotel, ski in/ski out or short walk to the lifts. Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks.

When we ski Breckenridge we always stay at Beaver Run.

Building 4 has lockers in the basement and a door that leads outside so you can put your skis on and go. There are a lot of great places to stay in Breck but we've been so happy with the convenience of BR that we've never strayed. You can walk to town or take the resorts free shuttle.

We had a family reunion at Beaver Run a couple of summers ago. It's got lots of things for teens to do, including a 'game room, and indoor pool. We did notice that the units are decorated in vastly different styles and budgets. Ask them if you can specify a newly-decorated unit. Some were pretty dated that our family members were in.
