Pasta in BA - Enjoy!

http://www.lanacion.com.ar/1347221-l...onde-probarlos

I´m sorry, only in Spanish. Just look at the address and go!

Obviously, this does not mean I recommend all these restaurants. In fact, my experience with the second one on the list is negative and I haven´t been to most of them.

Have a great time in our town.

We recommend Amici Miei and Brasserie Petanque & Pura Tierra , it is almost as if you cannot get a bad meal there !

Gracias AVRooster and Scarlett too. This is a very good reference for dining on Pasta in BsAs. So many good choices.

Great list avrooster, and thanks Scarlett and Marnie for your votes for Amici Miei and others.

We heard that the Bella Italia Cafe &Bar at 33330 Ave Republica Arabe Siria is excellent too, and it is quite near to our apartment.
Has anyone tried it, and liked it?

I liked it the one time I ate there, a couple of years ago, hikerboy.
Also, Guido's Bar on Republica del India .. (facing the zoo-middle of the block ) ..

Thanks AV & Scarlett -- the two of u are really fattening up my BA food list and I'm sure this will no doubt fatten me up once I get to BA. Love Italian food in BA.

We also had a wonderful dinner at Amici Mei during our last visit and also had a great pasta lunch at Il Matterello several years ago.

I wish to repeat that "my experience with the second one on the list is negative". The "second one on the list" is the Brasserie Pétanque, in case my OP wasn't clear enough.

My/Our experiences at Brasserie Petanque have always been good so maybe it will balance it out : - )
Actually, I rarely ask for pasta at French Brasseries..
