Quiet beach luxury resort recommendation

Hello resort wizards. If you have time, please help us find a resort for our honeymoon with the following:

1. Quiet and not crowded beaches
2. Quiet and luxurious/high-end accommodations/rooms
3. Less than $1000/night
4. Safety
5. Zero, or close to zero, children

We would also like, but are willing to compromise a bit on, the following:
1. Great food
2. Great drinks
3. All-inclusive
4. Shortest distance or least annoying travel from Chicago, USA

I know this may be a tall order that is hard to fill. I will also post this in the caribbean forum.

Thanks for your help,
Dave

4 Seasons at Punta Mita? (you'd fly into Puerto Vallarta)

Royal Hideaway in the Playacar area of Mexico's Riviera May.
Upscale adults only all inclusive resort. They actually have good food, great beach, fantastic service, and is pretty quiet.

You don't have Nica on your list, but maybe Morgan's Rock or Mukul fit your bill.

Mexico should have all kinds of places that fit your bill, check out the options in Tulum alone:

You can remove Guatemala from the list - it's a fabulous country but not for high end beach resorts. If stellar beaches are a priority, maybe remove Belize, too. Have a great trip, whatever you decide!

Belize is a surprisingly short flight from most places in the U.S.!

If you're looking for awesome food, Peru is probably your best bet.

We love Victoria House in Belize, not all inclusive, but they have restaurants on site, and the food is excellent.

St. John is also really beautiful, and the BVIs.
