Zurich vs Lucern vs Salzburg???

Hi,
I'm travelling to Switzerland and Austria in May and my itinerary is currently 4 days in Zurich, 3 days in Lucerne and 4 days in Salzburg.

I will be travelling with a 2 year old and a 7 year old. As I'm travelling with kids, I would like to pace myself but at the same find a good mixture of activities for the kids and the adults.

If I have an extra day, which of the 3 cities should I spend it in?

Also, my husband and I are adventure sport enthusiasts. Will any of these 3 cities offer good options for sports such as sky diving, white water rafting or paragliding??

Any pointers are welcome!
Thanks!

Go to Zurich a lot on business nice by the lake but expensive
more of abig euro city than the others. www.luzern.org is super nice my fav far prettier lots of adventures around
nearby M. Pilatus.Like to spend free time around there myswitzerland.com Salzburg pretty river town nice more of a sound of music classical music vibe rather touristed.
eurocheapo.com great budget tips city guides. Regional trains
likea local works best between cities usually for us.

Have fun!

I would bag Zurich - which is primarily a business city with not a lot for kids to do. Instead I would spend some time in Lucerne, which has a lot to do and easy access to lake, a couple mountains and small villages as well as sights in the city and also some in a smaller village actually IN the Berner Oberland. this will give you a chacne to do some hikes in the mountains, take cable cars etc. Have no idea of specific adventure activities - for those you would have to google. Then move on to Salzburg.
