Where are you from???? If it's the USA, you will need an adapter to change the plug configuration from our 2 flat prongs, to 2 round prongs. Unless your camera or phone is very old or unique - you will not need a voltage converter. The instruction manual or writing on the recharger will tell you if it works on 210 voltage.

You will need a two-pin Continental(round pins) plug adapter. For a photo of one, go here: http://tinyurl.com/4dd4h. You should be able to buy one at your local Radio Shack.
Check your chargers and make sure they're dual voltage: 110-220 or 120-240 volts. If they're only 110/120, you'll also need a voltage converter.

As Stu says, most of the camera chargers need only the adaptor. Look for same-sized plugs. And as TimS says, check your equipment for dual voltage switches.
If you don't have dual voltage you will need a converter-for those, can you consider just purchasing charger(s) in France?
