Will 220V hair dryer work in 230V Spain?

I see that in Spain the voltage can range from 220/230? Do you know if a 220V hair dryer works in 230V? Or do you have to specifically have one that states 220v-240v?

Yes, of course. "European" voltage isn't a static thing and can reach anywhere between 220 to 240V to be within definition. It "even" depends on the length of the cables. 10 meters more or less make a difference.
