electricity in spain
thanks for all your patience folks-still a bit confused-the three things i need to plug in are: 1)CPAP machine-reads on back 100-115V~1.20A and 220-240V~0.8A; 2)phone charger-reads 110-240V~50-60Hz; and 3)camcorder charger-reads 100V-240V 50/60Hz.
What is the simplest thing(s) I need to be able to use these even in rural Andalucia?
Thank you so much.

All of your appliances are suitable for the voltage in Spain. This means all you need is a two (round) pronged plug to use. I am not sure which country you are posting from so can't help much telling you where to buy one. If you are American adapter plugs are available at luggage stores at Wal-mart, on the internet. If you are from the UK you have much different plugs and the best place to get one would be in the UK. I have also noticed that they are sold in your airports.
