Where for first 2 weeks of November?

Any suggestions?
I am reckoning Greece is too rainy, Turkey is too cold.
North Africa? Canaries?

The Greek islands tend to largely close down in the winter as far as tourism is concerned. You need to choose areas that really are year round.

Morocco
Tunisia
Costa del Sol
Madeira
Canaries

If you want "a different culture" experience, then Morocco or Tunisia. Otherwise I'd plump for Madeira.

Without knowing specific details, I am inclined to agree with Rubicund.

If you are looking for decent weather, Cyprus can be very mild and pleasant during early November. You should find mainland Greece ok as well.

Cosa del Sol in Spain should have sunny and mild weather.

Sicily and Andalucia should be nice in early November as long as you are not counting on beach weather.
