If you mean Seel Street, it looks as though you can take the train from Manchester Airport to Liverpool Lime Street and walk from there

I'd get a taxi from Lime St station.
On a nice day, it's a pleasant enough walk.
But in horizontal rain, or with luggage, by the time you'd walk to the stop in Elliot St, waited for the bus and then walked at the other end you'd probably be nackered.
Seel St is jolly long, and no bus goes directly to it anyway.
