Travelling this June with my 16 year old neice for 3 nights. Would love a boutique style hotel with twin beds. Considering Soho House, Hazlitt's and Covent Garden. Thinking Soho House might be too trendy for this trip.
Any thoughts or a hotel I haven't stumbled on yet in research?

Suggest the Soho or Covent Garden Hotels. www.firmdale.com Have stayed in both and both are terrific. My personal favorite is another Firmdale property, The Charlotte Street Hotel. Absolutely beautiful decor with great staffs.
Have you considered the St. Martins Lane hotel?

Their twin rooms actually have twin double beds and it's on the edge of Covent Garden, so might be worth a look if you haven't already.
RoyalHorseguards is awesome

Buckingham Savoy perhaps also
Neither the Frimdale or Royal Horseman have twin bedded rooms...everything is a double bed which I just cannot share with my neice! St. Martin's lane looks like it could work! thank you
The only rooms by the Soho House Group would NOT be available in Soho House, but Shoreditch House.
We stayed at the Charlotte Street Hotel last summer with my 18 year old daughter. Loved it! Room was gorgeous and comfortable. Restaurant breakfast was excellent. Public spaces in hotel were very nice though we never enjoyed them as we had exceptional weather and were out the entire time. Great location...walking to shopping, attractions and restaurants. Only used the metro once to go to Camden Town (really cool place to take the teenagers, by the way...great shopping!!)
Everyone...thanks so much for all of the advice. I really wanted to stay at a firmdale property but the lack of twin beds and the much higher rate made me decide to stay at St Martin's Lane, which I just booked. It looks uber trendy but I actually think my 16 year old neice will love it. I will report back on how it went. The trip is in June.
Thanks again! Kelly
sure she will love it, this is a great location- very central. Have a wonderful trip -
Btw its worth going to the Charlotte street one or the covent garden one for coffee one day (or the afternoon tea is very nice too). We live in London but think these are great to try anywau.
The location of the covent garden one, i would describe as being just north of covent garden actual main square but its really cool area and definitely worth a walk around, full of little boutiques shops in and around the central "Seven Dials" roundabout it is located by. .
