If you mean FCO

Left baggage room and porter services
The luggage deposit counter is located in Terminal 3, International Arrivals, and is open every day from 6:30 am to 11:30pm

Telephone +39 0665953541
Cost: 6 euro per piece of luggage per 24 hours (or less) from the moment of deposit. Payment is requested at the time of luggage pick-up.
In "Leonardo da Vinci" di Roma – Fiumicino airport's Terminals Porter Service is available, a paid luggage transport service, which can be requested at the ADR Information Desk and by using the interactive multimedia totems located throughout the airport

Lockers were removed from all airports and railway stations in Europe years ago because of their terrorist potential. In the bigger termini you'll find a left luggage service. In Italy, these are expensive. In many of them they now photocopy your ID and place the copy on your gear.

Lockers weren't removed from all airports and train stations. I stored luggage recently at the Amsterdam airport in a locker (cost was about 6€). In Italy, it appears all were switched to manned luggage rooms, but that is not the case for everywhere in Europe.
