I just booked Italy in May for $547 RT from Philadelphia
In case others are interested. I have been checking 2x daily and just found this tonight. It is roundtrip from Philadelphia to Rome. I booked on Expedia.

Wow! I searched Expedia from Cleveland for R/T Rome, R/T Milan, and Open Jaw Milan-Rome, and am also seeing fares of $639-$699 for May and September 09. Why are the Air One fares so low? Is this a special sale, or a mistake on Expedia? I've never bought tickets on Expedia before, but am very tempted...
