Help with purchasing train tickets from DBahn website

Greetings.
I am trying to purchase tickets for the night train from Berlin to Vienna - 2 Saving-Night Fare. The site allows me to enter all my information and cc info, but when I push the "purchase" button, it goes to the processing payment screen and then I get a screen stating an error has occured during booking. I am using a Visa card issued in the US and my mailing address is in the US. This ticket can only be mailed (as stated on the screen). The print ticket option is blanked out. Any ideas why this is not working? I have tried to purchase several times and have also registered on the DBahn website. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Have you considered calling them?

Call your Visa provider. It's possible that a computer is blocking your transaction for what it recognizes as unusual--and therefore possibly fraudulent--activity.

Hi Dukey and TimS.
Thanks for your replies. I e-mailed the DB help site and they just responded that their site has been busy and please try again. I've been trying for 5 days at many different times, so I would think that one of those times would have worked. TimS, thanks for the thought on calling my VISA company. I did that as well and they aren't blocking anything and nothing has come through from DB.

Any other thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks!

I had an error message from DB once because the telephone number entered did not have 0 in the front .

Grrr!! danon, I thought maybe you had the answer. I entered 011 before my phone number instead of 001. I made the change but still no luck. Thanks again for your replies.
Any other thoughts would be appreciated.

To phone the DB Call Centre from North America dial 011 (US and Canada international access code) + 49 (country code for Germany) + (0)1805 - 996633. Drop the zero in parentheses. It's only used for calls originating in Germany.
